Little Cooper has already stolen my heart! Since the day I found his parents were expecting, I have been so anxious to meet him. His mom, Sarah, and I met years ago when we both worked together at a photo studio here in Indiana (when I was just out of high school!). We’ve stayed great friends all of these years and she’s one of my favorite people on the planet. :) Her and her wonderful (& hilarious) hubby Dennis live in Ohio so when I found out Cooper was here, of course I hopped in the car with my camera for a little day trip to see them! He’s such a sweet little guy .. and SO cute. I only wish we lived closer so I could see his cute face more often!

Getting the opportunity to photograph your friend’s wedding is kind of amazing. :) Nick & I have known each other for years (specifics are not necessary right now because I don’t want to feel incredibly old :) ). One of my favorite memories with him was driving around in his car one night with the windows down singing Yellowcard at the top of our lungs. :) He is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I am so glad Tiffany came into his life because she is just as sweet and they are perfect for each other! I couldn’t be happier that I got to be such a big part of their special day. :)

baby harrison

I couldn’t wait to meet this handsome little guy! I’ve been friends with Harry’s parents, Andy & Amanda, for a few years now (they are also photographers!). When I found out they were expecting their first baby, I couldn’t have been happier for them. One of my favorite things to do is photograph newborns in the hospital so when Amanda asked if I could swing by for a little bit to do some photos after he was born, I was thrilled. :) He was such a champ the entire time I was there. There were doctors and nurses in and out of their room checking him and he didn’t make but a few little peeps. He was so content with just snuggling with whoever was holding him.

I’m so happy these guys are in my life! Getting to watch Harry grow up is going to be so much fun!

Here are a few favorites from the hospital! :) (BTW .. does he not have the most amazing hair you’ve ever seen on a newborn!? It’s so perfect. He looks like a little man already!)

Emilie & Todd are expecting a baby girl soon and I couldn’t be more excited. :) I photographed their wedding a few years ago and it was so much fun to catch up with them during their photos. :) We had to reschedule a couple of times because of snow and as luck would have it, it started snowing like crazy during their pictures! I think it looks great though. Here are a few favorites! :)

I met Dana a few years ago when she was a bridesmaid in a wedding I was photographing. I was really excited when I got an email from her last month talking about being engaged to Ryan and having me photograph their wedding! :) They are getting married in June so they wanted to get their engagement pictures taken right away to get their save-the-dates out in January. :) I’m already looking forward to June! I know their wedding is going to be so much fun!
